Job Description
We are searching for high-energy Account Executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads to long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.
Job Summary
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making an initial presentation; understanding account requirements and recommending solutions.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining service capabilities; overcoming Connections; preparing contracts.
- Responds to all customer concerns and request promptly with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of GS Services in order to effectively communicate company capabilities to existing new prospects.
- contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competition and reactions from accounts
- resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to the management.
- promotes GR Brand service through various networking activities such as attendance to exhibits, conventions, trade shows, etc.
- Prepares and timely submission of reports, presentations, and other documents relating to function.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, preferably specializing in Business/ Sales/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience within the forwarding/logistics environment is a huge advantage.
- A logical thinker and a winner
- Must have very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have basic knowledge in contemporary selling principles & strategies
- Highly personable, and able to produce a presentation to clients

II. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF INFORMATION
Any and all processing of personal information related to your job application shall be made for a legal purpose and/or pursuant to a legal obligation under applicable laws taking into consideration appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality and/or integrity of the personal information involved. For other legitimate and/or business-related purpose. The Company reserves the right to process your personal information in order, among others:

IV. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
The Company shall only retain your information only for Five (5) years starting day one (1) of your separation from the company and/or until the declared, specific and legitimate purpose has been achieved or the processing relevant to the purpose has been terminated. However, the Company reserved its rights to retain your information when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for legitimate business purposes, or when provided by law, which must be in accordance with standards followed by the applicable industry or approved by appropriate government agency.
