Job Description

Provide strategic support and act as a partner to the GS Team leaders and the Executive Committee on matters relating to People Design, Employee Relations, Performance Measurement & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits both for land & sea-based employees.

Job Summary
  1. Provision of 4Es + P employees within 30 days after approval
  2. Formulate and implement appropriate strategies, programs, policies & procedures to ensure workplace productivity, harmony, and motivation
  3. Initiate HR designs & programs to meet the training needs & career developments of its people
  4. Design programs to appropriately reward the doers.
  1. Member of the Executive Committee
  2. Member of the Compensation committee
  3. Member of emergency response group of the company as PNRC/DSWD/Hospital coordinator
  4. Payroll preparation every 15th & 30th of the month
Records/Reports Responsibilities:
  1.  201 files for managers & officers
  2. Team leaders appointment notice
  3. Team leaders payroll file
  4. Comp.com resolutions
  5. Performance Management ratings for direct reports
  6. Government contributions
  7. Manpower report
  8. Quarterly: mancom reports, department objectives update
  9. Annually: year-end BIR reports
  10. Leave availments
  11. Semi-annual 13th month pay computation
  12. Others: department updates, when needed
Working Conditions:
  • Office : 98%
  • Field : 2%
Job Prerogatives:
  1.  Planning and Organizing – formulating HR strategies, tactics & initiatives, execution
  2. Clerical Works – payroll & payslips preparation, facilitating the release of appointment notices, moa preparation
  3. Data Works – GS wide salary & benefits monitoring, 201 files
  4. Procedural Routines
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree, Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 10 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Director specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
