Compensation and Benifits Coordinator - Cebu Based


Job Description

HR Compensation and Benefits coordinator is responsible for the implementation of benefits administration of the company. Ensures compliance to all statutory reportorial requirements that assure competitiveness and satisfy the needs of the employee

Job Summary
  • Facilitates accurate and timely processing of Government Dues, Remittances and Loan/Claims filing
  • Facilitates accurate and timely endorsement and release of recurring company-initiated benefits and/or enablers (e.g. Rice Subsidy, Uniform Subsidy, G-Cash, Mortuary/Death Assistance, etc.)
  • Facilitates accurate and timely updating of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) membership and review/validation of billing
  • Facilitates accurate and timely processing of employee timekeeping reports
  • Ensures compliance with government laws, including reportorial requirements
  • Assists the Compben Manager in all activities relative to Tax Annualization and Alphalisting by yearend
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Basic to advance knowledge in Government statutory regulations
