Sales and Marketing Head - Cebu Based


Job Description

A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company’s operations goals.

Job Summary
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making an initial presentation; understanding account requirements and recommending solutions.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining service capabilities; overcoming Connections; preparing contracts.
  • Responds to all customer concerns and request promptly with enthusiasm and accuracy
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of GS Services in order to effectively communicate company capabilities to existing new prospects.
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competition and reactions from accounts
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing a report; making recommendations to the management.
  • Promotes GR Brand service through various networking activities such as attendance to exhibits, conventions, trade shows, etc.
  • Prepares and timely submission of reports, presentations, and other documents relating to function.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in Sales and Marketing field.
  • Advance knowledge in Sales and Marketing principles & strategies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
