The incumbent is responsible for the leadership of the HR Department of the Gothong Southern Properties (GSP). He/She assists the Head of Human Resources in managing and administering the key HR Functions particularly in Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management & Employee Relations, and other HR facets. In collaboration with the AVP-HR, the HR Sr. Management Trainee supports the company business plan by implementing company programs and action plans at a branch level and to develop HR Department as a business partner in achieving the overall strategic business objectives of the Gothong Southern Properties.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(2) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
