Gothong Southern Announces Next-Generation Leaders and Strategic Realignment
January 2026 — Gothong Southern Group announces the appointment of Caroline Joy T. Gothong-Ong as President and CEO of Gothong Southern, and Carlostito Angelo T. Gothong as President and CEO of Gothong Southern Properties, effective January 1, 2026.
Under Caroline’s leadership, Gothong Southern will refocus on its core land and sea transport businesses, reinforcing its commitment to operational discipline, safety, and service reliability. Carlostito will lead Gothong Southern Properties to advance its strategic service products—Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Convenience, and Hospitality (RICCH)—with focus on governance, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation.
The Group has also integrated Gothong Southern Supply Chain into Yello X Supply Chain Solutions, forming a single unit to unify teams, strengthen capabilities, and support faster, more efficient delivery aligned with its FSSR promise: Fast, Simple, and Seamlessly Reliable.
Bob D. Gothong remains Chairman of the Board, providing strategic oversight and supporting the integration alongside Albert S. Doceo, President of Yello X Supply Chain Solutions. All existing services and customer commitments will continue uninterrupted.
With these leadership appointments and organizational realignments, Gothong Southern strengthens its transport foundation while enabling focused growth in property and supply chain, moving forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
